The specific methods used by each farmer for the cultivation and care of the trees, the soil and the microclimate of the respective area play a primary role in the quality of the coffee. For this, we make sure to be aware even of the smallest detail in relation to the farmer/producer we work with, each time. The personality and passion of each grower makes the difference between an indifferent cup of coffee and an excellent one.
We focus especially on the place of origin of the coffee, talk to the farmers, ask them about the quality of their harvest this year, what means they used to harvest the coffee beans, how they packaged and stored their coffee. Through a rigorous tasting process, we try the coffees and choose only those that meet the high standards we have set.

We place special emphasis on the sorting of the coffee beans. Only the best fruits go through the processing phase, where their skin and flesh are removed, through an advanced peeling machine. The green coffee beans are then thoroughly washed and dried. Another sorting stage follows, this time of the green beans. Only the ones that meet the strict criteria are packed to reach our headquarters.
We import the coffee and store it in ideal conditions. Every day, all day, there is always someone standing next to the roasting machine, knowing the ideal roasting profile for each variety. After such a long journey, we consider it our duty to be able to dispose of our coffee on the most recent roasting date possible.
The right degree of grinding is very important. Depending on the way the coffee is brewed, the brewer one possesses and the taste profile one wishes to achieve, the appropriate degree of grinding is chosen. Our experienced partners always ensure the perfect level of grinding foryour coffee and provide you with all the tips and instructions you need, in relation to the correct grinding.
