Allergens

Allergen information for our products.

English translation — pending legal review. This page is a translation of the Greek original. In case of any discrepancy, the Greek text takes precedence. Neither the original nor this translation has been reviewed by a lawyer yet.

This page is only a placeholder, not an actual allergen declaration. The corresponding page on the live site (bridgecoffeeroasters.com/allergiogona/) contains no real content — we confirmed this before writing this page. Which allergens actually exist in which product or store can't come from any generic list — it has to come directly from Bridge (recipes, raw materials, cross-contamination practices per store).

The 14 allergens of EU Regulation 1169/2011

European law requires the 14 allergens below to be declared when present in a food product — this is the general category list, not a declaration for Bridge's products specifically:

  • Gluten (cereals)
  • Crustaceans
  • Eggs
  • Fish
  • Peanuts
  • Soybeans
  • Milk (including lactose)
  • Tree nuts
  • Celery
  • Mustard
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sulphur dioxide / sulphites
  • Lupin
  • Molluscs

How to find out for sure

Until a real, per-product declaration from Bridge is added here, ask directly at the store checkout before ordering if you have a food allergy or intolerance — this is a valid and common way to get this information. You can also write to info@bridgecoffeeroasters.com.
