2011

The K. Vlachaki family made its professional entrance in the coffee industry with the opening of the first Bridge coffee store located next to the picturesque pedestrian bridge, that connectes Piraeus with Drapetsona, in the area of Vourla, known as “The Rebetis Bridge”.
The bridge is of historical importance and, as the well-known composer Papaioannou used to say, only if someone managed to cross it could become a “rebetis”. In honor of this historically significant landmark, The first store in Drapetsona was named Bridge (coffee & snack).

2015

The significant experience in the field of coffee brewing and the great passion for coffee as a product led the K. Vlachakis family to take the next steps that would ultimately lead to the Brand’s expansion: Roasting of beans from carefully selected coffee varieties and the establishment of the Bridge Coffee Roasters S.A. based in Neo Faliro. The new Bridge coffee blend that was created proved to satisfy even the most demanding of coffee lovers.

2017

With an increasing number of people showing love and trust to the brand, a new Bridge store in the area of Keratsini was established. Keratsini Bridge Coffee Roasters immediately revealed its huge dynamics.

Continuing its ever-increasing upward course, the company expands its store-chain with the addition of a new store in Thivon Street, Nikaia. The new store obtains rave reviews from the local clients, in a very short period of time.

2018

A few months later, Bridge Coffee Roasters anchors in the Port of Piraeus. The store in Piraeus also receives excellent reviews and rapidly gains the trust of a fanatic clientele.

In an extremely competitive environment during the Greek economic crisis, the company manages to scale up by entering dynamically the franchise sector with the first franchise store in Moschato. Relying on know-how and a comprehensive business plan, competitive advantages are given to investors and Bridge Coffee Roasters is declared the “MOST PROMISING FRANCHISOR 2017”.

At the same time, the company is moving to its new, 650 sqm premises of in Moschato. The new space houses the Training Room, the Call Center, the Administration Offices, as well as Accounting and Marketing departments. Τhe ground floor hosts a state-of-the-art Production Facility, where specialized associates process, roast and package the fresh & high-quality coffee, daily.
